Reception desks are available at the following three locations:

In front of the East Exit ticket gates at Shimokitazawa Station

Shimokita Senrogai Open Space

Entrance to the rooftop of Higashi-Kitazawa Station (outside the ticket gates)

Reception and same-day ticket sales for the immersive theater Cat Town are available only in front of the East Exit ticket gates at Shimokitazawa Station.

Only cashless payments are accepted for tickets purchased at the reception desks.

Information regarding the "Main Artworks" within the "Artworks" section will be announced on the "NEWS" page.

For details on other events and store operating hours, please check the social media accounts of the respective stores and facilities.

There is no dedicated parking or bicycle parking for the event. Please use nearby paid parking lots or bicycle parking areas.

There is no cloakroom available specifically for the event. Please use the coin lockers located inside Shimokitazawa Station or in the surrounding area. We recommend wearing comfortable, lightweight clothing so you can enjoy walking around the neighborhood.

The event is free to enjoy, except during certain hours and for certain programs. Admission conditions vary by program, so please check the official [Artworks], [Events], and [Collaborations & Food]pages for details.

Paid tickets provide access to special experiences and benefits, including an immersive audio theater experience that takes you through the streets of Shimokitazawa, sparklers beneath the giant moon, art viewing and stargazing on the normally inaccessible rooftop of Higashi-Kitazawa Station, discounts on collaboration menu items at participating shops, and exclusive merchandise.

The artwork Museum of the Moon is free to view from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. From 8:00 to 9:30 p.m., the venue is open exclusively to visitors with an eligible ticket.

Some venues and experiences, including the rooftop of Higashi-Kitazawa Station (outside the ticket gates), are also available only to visitors with an eligible ticket.

By presenting your wristband, you may enjoy the following experiences and benefits multiple times during the event period:

Special admission to Shimokita Senrogai Open Space from 8:00 to 9:30 p.m. and the sparkler experience, available once per day

Art viewing and stargazing on the rooftop of Higashi-Kitazawa Station (outside the ticket gates)

Discounts on exclusive collaboration menu items at 11 participating shops

Merchandise and other items included with the ticket, such as an event-exclusive sticker, will be provided at the reception desk.

Check-in for the immersive theater “Cat Town” is available only in front of the East Exit ticket gates at Shimokitazawa Station.

Tickets cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded for reasons attributable to the purchaser.

As a general rule, refunds will not be issued if only some exhibitions or experiences are canceled or temporarily suspended due to weather or other circumstances.

*If the organizer cancels a performance of the immersive theater Cat Town or the entire event and decides to issue refunds, details of the refund procedure will be announced in the [NEWS] section of the official website and on the relevant ticketing websites.

The moon artwork, Museum of the Moon, can generally be viewed in the rain. However, the exhibition may be canceled in the event of severe weather, such as strong winds, or when severe weather is forecast. The same applies to other outdoor artworks.

Any cancellations or temporary suspensions will be announced in the [NEWS] section of the official website.

Children of elementary school age or younger do not require a ticket—provided they are accompanied by a guardian—to enter the "Shimokita Senro-gai Akichi" during the special access hours (20:00–21:30) or the Higashi-Kitazawa Station rooftop area (outside the ticket gates).

For the immersive theater "Cat Town," each participant of elementary school age or older must have their own ticket.

Preschool children (children who have not yet started elementary school) are not permitted to participate in "Cat Town."

You are welcome to visit with a stroller; however, please be aware that depending on the specific location or facility where artworks are displayed, there may be steps or a lack of elevator access.

Please also note that stroller rentals are not available.

You are welcome to bring pets to the outdoor exhibition areas listed below.

Please ensure your pet is kept on a leash at all times and—where applicable—wears a belly band or similar etiquette wrap.

First, exchange your eligible ticket for a wristband at one of the reception desks. Then, please collect your sparklers between 9:00 and 9:10 p.m.

Two sparklers will be provided per eligible ticket.

From 8:00 to 9:30 p.m., the venue is open exclusively to visitors with an eligible ticket. For details, please see [Tickets].

Children of elementary school age or younger may enter without a ticket when accompanied by a parent or guardian. However, two sparklers will be provided per eligible ticket, regardless of the number of accompanying children.

Visitors may not bring their own fireworks.

The experience will be canceled in the event of rain. Please check [NEWS] on the official website for the latest updates.

Yes. The event will be held in light rain. However, it may be canceled in the event of severe weather such as strong winds, heavy rain, or other unsafe conditions.

Unfortunately, preschool children (children who have not yet started elementary school) are not permitted to participate in this event.

Open the Digital Stamp Rally page on the official website and sign up or log in using Google, Apple, LINE, or MetaMask. After logging in, scan the QR code at a participating spot with your smartphone to collect a Spot Stamp. No dedicated app is required.

The camera may not work in in-app browsers such as LINE, X, or Instagram. Open the page in Safari or Chrome from the browser menu and allow camera access. If you are still unable to scan the QR code, please try using your smartphone’s standard camera app.

Reload the page and try again in Safari or Chrome. Please use a standard browser window, as your login status may not be retained in incognito or private browsing mode. If the login window does not appear, allow pop-ups in your browser settings. Please also make sure that you log in using the same account you used when signing up.

Depending on your connection, it may take a little time for the stamp to appear. Wait a few minutes, reload the stamp sheet, and check your collected spots again. If the stamp is still not displayed, scan the same QR code again. The same Spot Stamp will not be issued more than once.

You can view your collected stamps under “My Page” on the Digital Stamp Rally page. After you scan a QR code, the stamp is recorded as collected and the NFT issuance process begins automatically. It may take some time for the NFT issuance to be completed.

Photography is permitted for the main artworks displayed outdoors. However, please submit a formal request for media coverage if you intend to take photos for commercial purposes. We also ask that you refrain from any photography that might disturb local residents. Please note that venue staff may ask you to stop photographing depending on the situation.
