"Moonlight feat. Shimokita no Minasan"—a new version of the event's theme song created by Manatsu Nagahara—will be released digitally on Wednesday, September 9!

This special version features vocal contributions from a diverse array of people connected to the Shimokita area, including those who work or are active in the neighborhood, local residents, and children. The warm voices, recorded at the Setagaya-Daita Jinji Nursery & Kindergarten, blend together to create a song that truly captures the warmth and sense of connection found in Shimokita.

Following last year's version featuring Afro, this year the song has been reborn as a "participatory" choral version created together with the local community.
