"Tsukimi Matcha" Soft-Serve Ice Cream

We’ve styled our rich matcha soft-serve ice cream for *otsukimi* (moon-viewing) by topping it with "Full Moon" and *hojicha* (roasted green tea) cookies. The soft-serve features our shop’s original "Sawa no Homare" matcha, while the *hojicha* cookies are handmade by Mamoriyama Kobo in Setagaya.
